Project Cars 2 is a $59.99 racing sim game that supports VR for the HTC Vive and the Oculus Rift. It also supports regular PC play on the monitor. Project Cars 2 lets you drive over 180 different cars on 60 different tracks.

In this video I play Project Cars 2 in VR with the HTC Vive and a Thrustmaster T150 force feedback racing wheel mounted on a Wheel Stand Pro.
