Chris has spent the past few years upgrading and changing things on his little black street driven, R100 which is his pride and joy, but he was never completely happy with it. After seeing the cars that were leaving our workshop on social media he reached out to us and had a good chat to the boys of what he wanted from the car, he booked it in and the R100 then made it’s trek from Adelaide to Sydney to get some PAC treatment. To complete the car he initially booked it in to get a Jatco conversion but as the job went on and the more he saw, he decided he wanted more, and that’s exactly what he got!!

Chris wanted to start the build again from scratch so as soon as it arrived we removed the old engine setup, retained the block, stripped the unwanted parts and started again. We replaced the suspension & steering components, completed a full rewire, installed our Wilwood front brake kit and bullet proof 9” h/duty diff set up. An IHRA/ANDRA spec'd half roll cage was fitted, dynamat laid down to keep cabin temps at a minimum with all new carpet & trim and to complete the interior we fitted a new set of comfy Recaro's for that luxury feel.

Under the bonnet now sits a rebuilt Pac spec 12a Turbo engine pumping out 400+ horsepower. The series 6 RX7, upper intake manifold is made possible thanks to a custom fabricated lower intake to fit the small R100 engine bay. Providing the boost is a Garrett - Advancing Motion GTX3584RS Turbo paired perfectly with a Turbosmart Pro-Gate 50 wastegate. Supplying the engine with E85 is one of our custom fuel tank & in-tank pump combos and the engine management is courtesy of a Haltech ecu and driving this killer combo is a 9 second Jatco 3-speed transmission. The car has just been finished on the Dyno and is ready for a final look over before Chris comes and picks up his brand new PAC built machine, ready to hit the streets of Adelaide.
