1969 Ford Mustang Fastback Restoration - Raybestos Restomod Build

Raybestos Brakes partnered with Schwartz Performance to restore this Mustang Fastback. The build started off with a rust-free bare shell that was assembled at Ford’s San Jose, CA plant. The car spent its life in California and Arizona. Watch as the guys at Schwartz Performance work their magic.


Engine: Ford Performance Coyote Boss 302 (480 hp at 6,900 rpm)
Transmission: Tremec T56 Magnum 6-speed
Frame & Suspension: Schwartz Performance bolt-in G-Machine
chassis; Ridetech single-adjustable coilovers
Interior: Dakota Digital gauges, Vintage Air A/C system, Hushmat
Ultra sound deadening, TMI seats, dash & upholstery.
Wheels: Forgeline GA3C 18×9 and 18×12
Tires: BFGoodrich Rival S tires, 275/35/18 front, 335/30/18 rear
Brakes: Raybestos R-300 (GT500) 14-inch rotors, Element 3 pads
and 4-piston calipers (GT500) front and rear.
