Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this awesome Emerald Green 1967 Ford Bronco. Ford introduced the Bronco in 1966 to compete with the growing category of small 4WD vehicles like Jeep's CJ-5 and International Harvester's Scout. When the Bronco was first produced, it was a completely new vehicle for Ford. The frame and other key suspension components were not shared with any other vehicle in the Ford lineup.
A small block Ford V8 topped by an aluminum intake manifold and Edelbrock 4BBL carb provides plenty of muscle to get this baby going wherever you want to go, and the 3-speed manual transmission has a wide enough gearing ratio for both off- and on-road adventures. Chromed headers scavenge the exhaust into the FlowMaster-equipped dual exhaust and help provide a nice muscle sound. While you're doing the occasional tune-up, you'll appreciate the gas struts that keep the hood up with no need to have a prop rod getting in your way. When it comes time to slow this iconic off-roader down, the driver will be glad that this Bronco is equipped with disc brakes up front, and drums out back.

The Ford Bronco is arguably one of the most iconic small SUV body styles ever produced, and a later generation would make it famous, thanks to a rather well-known police chase. The body of this Bronco is finished in a shiny Emerald Green metallic paint and is accented by black fender flares at the rear, which will help keep some of that mud that you're bound to spin up from getting into the passenger compartment. Twin James Duff Enterprises shocks reside at each corner, providing ample damping for every bump you'll encounter, and their white exterior contrasts with the rest of the black and green color scheme. 15-inch aluminum American Racing 10-hole rims all around are wrapped with some serious ProComp Mud/Terrain off-road radial tires, size 33.00X12.50R15LT.

When you're ready to jump in and go, you'll appreciate the chrome-plated Aries Nerf Bars. Once inside, you'll notice that this Bronco was built for off-road in mind, with its sprayed-in bedliner material coating on the floors and throughout the rear passenger compartment, which will aid in spraying the mud out when it's time. A set of custom synthetic leather bucket seats hold the front passengers in place, and out back, there's a synthetic leather bench seat for anyone else brave enough to go with you. The door panels have black-painted contrasting door panel inserts, continuing the green and black scheme. There's a custom center console that houses the "tunes generator" - a Pioneer AM/FM/CD/MP3 head unit, the amp, and some Polk Audio speakers. The black roll bar and the vinyl Bimini-style top help provide some protection for the passengers, from both the elements and from roll-overs. A set of Equus gauges and Sunpro tach keep the driver informed of key engine operating conditions.

Additional features and options on this 1967 Ford Bronco for sale include Aluminum Wheels, AM/FM/CD/MP3 radio, Power Steering, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Seat Belts, and Vinyl interior.
